YODO Returning Jun 25th Shaking Beef (Bò Lúc Lắc) (550 cal)

Shaking Beef is not the best translation for this dish but how else would you describe seared cubes of beef thats saucy, salty, tangy & slightly sweet?

Inspired from the Vietnamese dish Bò Lúc Lắc with a touch of Mongolian Beef vibes, YODO has come up with a cracker fusion dish. Stir fried with capsicums, onion and served with white rice.
